UGH...

So stressed out today. 

Messy house, thanks to my 2 year old who decided not to take a nap today
the inability to eat just about anything (thanks to baby girl),
constantly feeling sick
finances...I hate when Jons work is slow :/

man I can't wait for today to be over with!

Sorry for venting. I just felt the need to get this off my chest. And if this really is going to be a journal of sorts I can't always only write about the good things in life right?


Oh and I don't want to forget...thanks hubby for taking Taegs with you to the store to give me a little bit of a break. I love you!!! MUAH

We finally know...

IT'S A GIRL!!!

We couldn't be more excited! 

Deep down I know I wanted a girl, but was afraid to admit it in fear it would jinx it. haha silly I know. I would have been happy with another boy, but I'm ecstatic that it's a girl. She had all her organs and everything looked good. 

We really are so happy. 

Jon has said from the beginning that it's a girl, turns out he was right. I was a little skeptical because I had 2 dreams that it was a boy. But before we even got pregnant we both had a feeling we would have a girl our next baby. I guess our inspiration was right :) I knew I never should have doubted it. 

Now on to the name game...UGH. Before I had kids I thought this would be so much fun. Now it's my least favorite part. We are both so picky that its hard for us to agree. Hopefully we'll come up with a few options before she's born.

Evertsen family pics 2012

We went and took a few family pictures yesterday. Taegen was being his normal self and wouldn't cooperate. He was having too much fun running around and playing with all the rocks/water. The pics are totally random, but this first one is my favorite. He was trying so hard to get away from grandma he almost looks evil. haha. Gotta love this little boy. 

Oh and keep in mind that I'm almost 5 months pregnant. I don't think I'm past the "just looking fat" stage, thats why I feel I must remind everyone :)

Easter 2012

This year we had 3 Easter celebrations. We had our own easter egg hunt, had one with the Evertsens the sunday before easter and had another one with my family.

Here's T wearing his bow tie aunt Lexy made him. He didn't want to wear any other clothes, so he looked like a little male stripper. It was pretty funny.

 We went to the Easter car show. Jon was completely enjoying himself and was tagging Taegs along with him every where, showing him all the cool cars.

I thought he'd do really well since he'd already done it once. But this time he realized there was candy in them really fast, so all he wanted to do was open them up immediately after picking them up. Skip the basket all together.
