Easter 2012

This year we had 3 Easter celebrations. We had our own easter egg hunt, had one with the Evertsens the sunday before easter and had another one with my family.

Here's T wearing his bow tie aunt Lexy made him. He didn't want to wear any other clothes, so he looked like a little male stripper. It was pretty funny.

Easter sunday clothes :) Isn't he just so handsome!!!
All the Evertsen grandkids waiting to go outside to start the hunt.
Jon helped Taegs find the eggs and toys. he actually did really well. It took a sec for him to figure it out, but he eventually got it down and got a pretty good collection.

This is the egg Jon painted...
Jon and...
 Baby Girl!
He obviously thinks we're having a girl this time. :)
We went to the Easter car show. Jon was completely enjoying himself and was tagging Taegs along with him every where, showing him all the cool cars.
These are pics from our own hunt we had in our back yard.
I thought he'd do really well since he'd already done it once. But this time he realized there was candy in them really fast, so all he wanted to do was open them up immediately after picking them up. Skip the basket all together.

Shaking the egg to hear the candy

These are pics from the hunt with the Lindhardt side of the family.

Taegen found one and is opening it up in the backround to get the candy. haha. little cheater. :)
papa and nana helping the grandkids search for eggs. All the adults eventually had to pitch in because there were 2 eggs no one could find.
Opening the candy he found in the egg.
papa trying to get Taegen to get the egg that was in the bush.
Running to put the egg back in the basket.
Taegen patiently waiting to hit the pinata
 my dad explaining the rules.
all the kids got a turn.
 Hudsens face is awesome!
Daddy and Taegs watching everyone hit the pinata
 Hannas turn
Emma was the one to finally crack it open. It was probably this wack that broke it open. Her face says it all.
Jon showing Taeg how to hit it. He did better once it was on the floor and he could actually reach it to whack it.

 VICTORY!

He is so cute! I love your family! It's fun seeing Jon as a dad and I love having you as a sister! Taegen is such a cutie and I love having him around.
