He's spraying himself with a water bottle. You can't really tell, but his shirt is soaked.

If you listen closely you can hear him counting 1,2,3 then jumping onto the couch. sometimes he skips 3 and just jumps instead of saying it.

this is how he goes down the stairs. He can go down backwards, but prefers not to.
